Can't Locate the Transfer Journal

Hi everyone, 
 
While tracing the transactions for a specific batch number, I discovered that a transfer was still open for that batch. However, when I clicked on the hyperlink, it did not take me to the transfer journal. As a result, I accessed the Transfer Journal view and filtered by the transfer journal number, but it still did not appear there.
 
 
Has anyone experienced the same issue?

    I have checked the quality orders, and there is nothing there.

    Hi,
    Are you using Quality Orders?  Could it be that there is an Open Quality order for that item/batch?

    I filtered that journal number from InvenJournalTable, but it did not appear. 
     
    I contacted Microsoft; they said this type of transaction issue could result from Incomplete records, corrupt data or incorrect data configuration, Customization or extension problems, or data inconsistencies during upgrades. It was not able to provide a solution due to the inability to determine the root cause of the problem and gave it the following suggestions: 
    1. Run consistency checks: validate with tables- Completed
    2. Determine the scope of corruption
    3. Repair the data corruption - Create a script to fix it

    In case you open the table browser for the InventJournalTable, then you also can't find this journal?
     
    You can open it by altering the URL for the menu item part to: mi=SysTableBrowser&tablename=InventJournalTable. 
    This part comes after the question mark in the URL. You should keep the cmp parameter indicating the company.

    This has occurred in a production environment. I am not aware of any correct data for that journal recently, as it was last drafted in 2022.

    Is this happening in a production environment? Are you aware if maybe someone tried to "correct some data"?

    I have reviewed all inventory journals and set "Posted" to Yes and No. However, I still couldn't locate it.

    Hi,
     
    Have you checked if all journals were listed or posted only? Have you also checked other inventory journal types?
