In context, I am implementing Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and I obtained it through Benefit Cloud services. I already have my environment created and the license associated with my user.

To make Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise appear in the applications list, ensure the Sales app is installed in your environment, verify that you have the appropriate security role and license, and confirm that your role is assigned to the Sales Hub app.

The app may exist but remain hidden if access is not properly configured.
