What is the best way to create static segments in D365 Customer Insights-Journeys Real-time journeys? We aim to add contacts either by name or email, but in RTJ, searching for a name doesn't provide the account name or email as it did in outbound marketing. Additionally, when adding an email address, we can't confirm if the contact is in D365 until the segment goes live. Both of these experiences are less than ideal for targeting specific contacts.
