Hi All,
I am currently working on commissions in Business Central. So far, I have only found the Salesperson/Purchaser page, where I can define a commission percentage. After creating and posting a sales order, the system automatically calculates the commission amount based on that percentage. Also guide me that once the commission is calculated and i can also see the salesperson commission report now how to pay commission to salespersons (Employees)?
I would like to understand the complete out-of-the-box commission functionality in Business Central. Can anyone provide a detailed explanation or any useful documentation?
Also, while watching some Business Central videos, I noticed that they have a Commission Setup page available when they search for it. I don't have that page in my environment. Could someone explain why that might be the case? Is it version-specific, localization-specific, or part of an extension?
