I'm facing a sudden 500 error on my D365 F&O Dev Box and need some help diagnosing it.
I have D365 F&O running on an Azure VM and it suddenly started throwing 500 errors for everyone. Nobody can open the URL in the browser, and all OData calls in Postman are failing with the same error. When I connect to the machine directly and work on it, everything is fine — I can open forms, write code, everything works normally.
I've checked the obvious things — all IIS app pools are running, the SSL certificate on port 443 is valid until November 2026, and there's plenty of disk space. The only errors I'm seeing in Event Viewer are the LCS diagnostic service failing to resolve diagservice.lcs.dynamics.com.
Has anyone seen this before on an Azure VM? Where should I be looking for the root cause? And where are the AOS logs typically located on a cloud-hosted VM?
