Add products to d365 sales quote - best alternative on complex setup.

Hello,

I need your advice on entering sales quotes in Dynamics 365 for Sales. We are currently implementing Dynamics 365 for Sales at a bathroom store with multiple locations.
Configuring a bathroom requires many different items with many different options, which makes it complex to enter. We are currently looking for a good way to enter the bathroom into the system.

I have enabled Improved Product Adding Experience. I have added several attributes to the 'description' field. This doesn't seem to be working properly. It seems you can't search for multiple attributes simultaneously.
Can anyone advise me, based on their experience, on how to approach this effectively? We have a combination of Dynamics 365 for Sales and Business Central.

We are considering two options:
- A digital sales ledger/price list with photos and attributes, while keeping the data entry simple.
An alternative is a configurator (does anyone know of one?) or improving the existing functionality for Improved Product Adding Experience where possible - but it simply doesn't seem to allow filtering on multiple features simultaneously.
Example of what to filter:
- Sink - dimensions (10 variations), color (10 variations), handles (8 variations), faucet recess, etc.
