Recently purchased the AI cloud Expanded benefits partner program and I am trying to activate the 5 licensees for the Dynamics 365 Partner Sandbox -Human Resources. When I get to Validate it gives me an error

The Key was copied directly from the benefits activation page. I have successfully activated multiple other Dynamics 365 licenses from this program but this Key does not seem to work
You should have Partner Success Manager from Microsoft. Speak to him/her. If you do not have one, please raise a support call with Microsoft.
