referential configuration : LCS

I can't see LCS as a configuration referential on my side, not like what the screeshot shows. I can only see Dataverse and RO:
 
 
And i can't even add it : 
 
 
Is it an access issue ? or what exactly ?

    Hi AZ,

    LCS repository as a storage option for Electronic reporting configurations has been deprecated. That is the reason why LCS is not an option in current environments anymore. You can read more here:
