We are running GP 2018 on a remote desktop where Excel was recently upgraded from 2010 to 2016. Excel was installed as 64-bit initially after the upgrade then reinstalled as 32-bit after IT realized the mistake. The Copy and Paste from Excel function in the Transaction Entry screen was working fine prior to the upgrade but has since stopped working. The button to paste from Excel is still there but when I click it nothing happens. Screenshots of the Transaction Entry screen are included for reference. Any help would be appreciated with this as we need this functionality restored in order to post journals for month end. Thanks
