Common issues faced in custom service and Logic apps

Your question is too broad. When you mention custom services, I do assume you are referring to integrating Dynamics 365 with other third party applications. This could be any service in the world. The same applies to Logic apps. What integrations did you build?
There can be common issues like performance, throttling, errors while writing data, bad gateway in case a service is not responding. This all can have a distinct root cause. I suggest to create a question on the community in case you encounter an issue with an integration where you need help from the community.
