One of my clients has a requirement to go live with a survey on Customer Voice by the 21st of October. To meet this deadline, I need to create the project in the only available environment, which is currently Sandbox. A week after the survey goes live, this Sandbox environment will be converted to Production and renamed with another organisation name/link. Is there a chance that the QR code or survey link could be affected or broken during the conversion process, or will they remain functional without any issues?
When Sandbox environment is converted to Production in Dynamics 365, survey links and QR codes generated in Customer Voice may also get affected, The survey links and QR codes typically include a URL that points to the environment. If the environment is converted and the URL changes , the existing links and QR codes will likely break.
