Adding addresses to Legal Entities

Other than adding addresses directly to the Legal Entity, how do addresses get added to legal entities? (D365 F&O  -  Under Organization Administration - Organizations - Legal Entities)

We've seen that many addresses are being added to Legal Entity records with anyone going to that specific legal entity and adding them there.

Is there another way in the system that these addresses get added?
I have the same question (0)

    Hello Peter,

I believe this is only possible by adding an address to the legal entity.

    Best regards,

Do you know how I would track down what users are adding addresses?

I've used the task recorder to track down the roles, duties and privileges required to add records, but the number of users is extensive.

I was thinking of setting up a database log (for a short time) to capture more details but I can't seem to find the correct table to track.

Is that a reasonable approach? What's the best way to determine the table I need to monitor?

    Hi,

We can also add an address to a legal entity by following the steps below.

Go to Organization administration > Global address book > Global address book

    Hello Peter,

    Two suggestions:

Database log on the legal entity

If you click on 'Record info' and then on 'Script' you get the table

    An alert

    Best regards,
    Laurens van der Tang

Yes. I will update when I have been able to get these suggestions working. So far though, I haven't been successful in finding one that helps me figure out my problem.
