Hello everyone,

I installedBusinnes performance planning app in Power admin center environement as documented in Microsoft Learn and I assigned all roles linked to it (I have finance premium Licence) but I always get this error screen.

I clicked on all side buttons but it is always the same error message, any help please.
Thanks in advance.

We would appreciate it if you could share the outcome of your work with Support, i.e., the root cause and the solution, with the community once it is resolved.
That helps others when they search for the same error online.

thanks @Sohaib Cheema for the fast reply,

yes it's an internal UDE environement that I created  using Powershell and installed both bpa and bpp using openAppSource in the managed environement and then add the specific roles for both solutions to my account (which is also a finance premium account but only bpa work as intended).
As you mentioned, this should be elevated to Microsoft to be solved.

what do you meant by "with a unified d365fo solution"
I have it installed on UDE. The app comes as solution from Microsoft, which is managed solution, in fact there are multiple solution that get installed.
Have you thought about raising the ticket with Microsoft?

    Thanks for replying everyone,

@Sagar121 there are no update in PPAC and that help page is for business performance analytics (which I already checked but didn't find my answer there)

@Ramesh Kumar everything is installed perfectly and done on a new unified environement, everything works fine for business perforamnce analytics but for planning I still got that error message

@Sohaib Cheema I can find flows linked to Business performance analytics but for some reason nothing for planning, I also tried republishing the the app in power apps editor but with no success, everythinbg else was set perfectly but for some reason it dosen't work.

Did anyone accessed Business Performance Planning with a unified d365fo solution?

In Power Platform Admin Center → Resources → Dynamics 365 apps, check that Business performance planning shows status = Installed, not just “Installing”. If it is stuck, remove and re-install the app from Get more apps. Sometimes first-time install doesn’t finish all dependent solutions.

    Thanks, Ramesh

I do not have a solution for you but a few suggestions.

As these apps are installed (BPA or BPP), behind them is the Power Platform Managed Solutions and Flows etc.
Go into those solution and Flows and see if a component is failing to run especially the flows, if there is an execution failures from the history of flows' runs, read the error message and try to address it.

By the way, look around into 'why your users entity is not in synch on Dataverse'

In some cases I was also suggested by Microsoft to manually start a flow.

Ultimately if nothing helps, I suggest creating support call with Microsoft.
