I can´t filter a field on sales orders

I can’t filter a field in Sales Order called ‘responsible employee’. I tried giving permissions to the original Employees form but it still doesn’t work. I suspect it’s a privileges issue because the system administrator can filter it. If anyone knows which role controls this, let me know.

Hey,

Thats very weird. I am not aware of any permissions that denies filtering data. If you can see it you can also filter by it, given that the field is generally filterable and not just a look up field.

Could you check if that is standard field or a customized one? I suspect its a customized one.

Just add the following in your url and paste a screenshot of the column, so we can check if we have it or only you: &lng=en-us

Hi,

I dont have such a field\column thats why I think its customized.

In this case you need to ask a developer if it is possible to implement this information in a different way, so that you can filter by it. Its the same with the column "Channel" in my and your screenshot - you cant filter by it.

What you could try is to use this filter.
