Hi,
I would like to ask about Partners/Clients experiences with integrating electronic banking in the Netherlands within Business Central. Do Dutch companies typically use the standard localization module provided by Microsoft available in the system, or do they often replace MS localization by external solutions to handle electronic banking processes?
I've noticed that electronic banking in the Netherlands Microsoft Localization seems quite advanced, so I'm curious which approach is commonly used in practice.
Thanks in advance for any insights or recommendations!
Dutch companies usually rely on the standard Dutch localization in Business Central for electronic banking, as Microsoft provides support for SEPA formats (pain.001, camt.053, camt.054). However, when handling payments across multiple countries, an external solution may be necessary due to varying banking standards . Ultimately, it depends on the specific requirements of the business. If the standard localization meets the needs, it’s sufficient. Otherwise, customization or ISV solutions can provide advanced multi-country support.
