We have the shopify connector set up and everything is working well; however, we have an issue when it comes to shopify fulfilling orders when we purchase a shipping label from them.
If we purchase a shipping label on shopify, it automatically sets the fulfillment status to "fulfilled" and as a result the "fulfilled" order will not sync to Business Central. This is means that we have to sync to BC, then go back to Shopify and buy the label and then return to Business Central to release and post he SO. We want to streamline this process and either sync fulfilled orders from Shopify to Business Central or find some other workaround.
Has anyone else addressed this issue? any suggestions?
