Recovery of old account

Hi, I am registered in the Dynamics community since 2015.
In that year the microsoft login allowed to access the community from a gmail account.
And the newest product was Microsoft Dynamics 2012!

I am in the situation that I would like to recover my account with my old questions and achievements but it is impossible.

The help is completely null and I am constantly redirected to articles that have nothing to do with my problem.

I leave this post, surely misplaced in the hope that a human person can help me.
