Adding more Cost Budget after Calculating WIP does not change Recognized Revenue (WIP=POC)

What is the proper way to add more cost budget and have your revenue adjust down? When I calculated WIP after adding more cost budget, I see the reversal, but there is no new WIP to re-adjust the revenue down to the lower % of completion from the added cost budget.

What am i doing wrong?
