Sales Accelerator Worklist – Unable to display custom activity types in Activity Type filter

Hi Team,
 
In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Accelerator, under My Work List → Search work items → Filters → Activity type, I only see standard activities (Task, Email, Phone Call, Appointment, etc.).
 
 
We have custom and additional activity types (e.g., Demo, Booking, Chat), which: 
  • Are configured as activity entities
  • Appear in Timeline
  • Function as expected within Dynamics 365
However, they are not visible in the Activity type filter.
 
Is there any way to:
  • Add custom activity types to this filter?
  • Or extend Sales Accelerator to support them?
Or is this a known product limitation?

    The Microsoft documentation explicitly states that the Activity type filter options are limited to Phone calls, Email messages, Tasks, and Meetings. Custom activities will not appear here regardless of their configuration as activity entities.
