Omnichannel Session Template not found

I'm having some trouble creating a new session.

What I'm trying to do is basically open a new session on an incoming call (after the user accepts the notification) with the call entity tab on it.

Here's what my session template looks like, sorry it's not in english:

Here's how I'm calling this template from javascript:

And here's the error I'm getting:

[CECLOG] Template of type 'Session' and name 'eve_incoming_call' not found. 

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide!

    Update:

    I've now discovered that 'Entity Record' session templates don't work for creating a new session, so I've stuck with the generic ones.

    Here's what it looks like:

    And now I get this error:
