unfortunately I am having trouble with deleting my old work account. My former employer states he deleted my account, but everytime I sign in with Microsoft, esp. on my mobile devices, my 'old' account comes up. It's playing havoc with the sign-in process with my other private and business MS accounts as well.
How can I fix this? On the web, support suggests I should just sign in - well, I am unable to, so that is not helpful.
