I have a Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Dynamics 365 Business Central integration, and I would like to confirm the standard synchronization behavior.
I have the following questions:
- If I create a Sales Quote in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and synchronization runs successfully:
- Will this Quote appear automatically in Business Central → Sales Quotes?
- If I create a Sales Order in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and synchronization runs successfully:
- Will this Order appear automatically in Business Central → Sales Orders?
- In the opposite direction:
- If I create a Sales Quote in Business Central, will it synchronize and appear in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) Quotes?
- If I create a Sales Order in Business Central, will it synchronize and appear in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) Orders?
- Are there any specific requirements or settings needed, such as:
- Integration Table Mappings for Sales Quote / Sales Order
- Bidirectional Sales Order Integration
- Automatically Process Sales Quotes
- Coupling criteria or synchronization settings?
My goal is to confirm the standard supported process:
CRM Quote ↔ Business Central Sales Quote
CRM Order ↔ Business Central Sales Order
before implementing the full business scenario.
