Inconsistency D365FO licenses

I have been working a lot with licenses and roles in D365FO but I don't understand why there is an inconsistency both between D365FO but also within powerplatform admincenter.

Enclosed three pictures
From D365FO Licenses usage summary, the role selected says that its entitled to team members there is nothing not entitled.
In powerplattformadmincenter choosing a user with the role assinged as show in D365 it says that it requires activity.
The last picture from Powerplattformadmincenter shows the same information as the picture from D365FO that the role is entitled a team member license

or am I missing something here?

    Hey,

When you changed something in D365FO, did you wait up to 8 hours before checking it on PPAC? It might be that its not reflected yet there.

The way I do it, and I am not saying its the best way, but as a non-developer, i.e. consultant, it works for me.
I have a testing role where I assign the duty or privilege. I assign it to a user, and the next day I check the tab user role license and check if the testing role have triggered any additonal licenses. This is then also reflected on PPAC. As far as I understand the license requirement is being pulled from PPAC, so this is what counts, not what is in D365FO. Just in case you have its not alligned.
Then I assign the duty\privilege to a new role or an existing role.

There are probably better and more accurate ways to figure out which license you need, however, then you need to check the objects itself.

    Kind regards, Adis

    Hi Adis

Yes I did wait more than 8 hours before checking in PPAC and as I wrote in PPAC its showing both that teams is enough and that its not which is a bit confusing

    Hi,

There are several reports that data is at this inconsistent. Microsoft is rolling out an update today or tomorrow. Please check at Wednesday if all is correct or not. In case you still have issues then, you can create a support ticket.
