From Outlook, I would like to automatically track emails to and from email addresses that are associated with a record in Dynamics.
My understanding is that, with correlation turned on at the system level and "Track: Email messages from Dynamics 365 records that are email enabled" selected at the personal level, this should work.
Is my understanding correct? Either way, can you help me figure out how to accomplish my goal, please.
System settings are:
- Correlation: On
- Use tracking tokens: Off
- Use smart matching: Off
- Folder-level tracking: On (but we are not using this)
- Tracking between people: On
