Business Central Slowness for SE region

Hi,
Recently, Production and Sandbox environments for Sweden clients are impacted with performance that keep slow the page performance and lead to stop the process completion.
Even, when restarted sandbox, it is consume 30mins and still not in ready state.
 
 
Do we know the root cause of it? or advice?

    Business Central Slowness for SE region
    As far as I know, there is no way for partners to resolve this other than contacting Microsoft.
    If the problem cannot be solved, I recommend that you submit an SR.
