How to get args in service class using batch job?

I'm assuming you're talking about SysOperation framework in either AX 2012 or F&O. Please confirm that and be more specific next time.

The service class has no information about Args that the controller class was called with. Nevertheless the controller class can extract necessary data from Args and pass it to the contract class. The service operation can then get the data from the contract.
