Issue with Default "Information" Form Being Removed in Model-Driven App

Hello,
 
We encountered an issue in our model-driven app for an entity. There was a default "Information" form provided by CRM. However, after adding other forms to the app, the "Information" form was automatically removed.
 
Is there a specific reason why this happens, or is this behaviour expected when adding new forms to the app? Any insights or guidance would be appreciated.

    Issue with Default "Information" Form Being Removed in Model-Driven App
    Accidental Removal: It's possible that you might have accidentally removed the "Information" form from the app while adding or configuring other forms.
     
    How to Resolve:
     
    To include the "Information" form again, follow these steps:
     
    1. Open App Designer:
    Go to the Power Apps Maker portal.
    Open your model-driven app in edit mode.
    2. Add the Information Form:
    Navigate to the entity in the app designer.
    Click on the Forms section.
    Look for the "Information" form in the list of available forms.
    Check the box to include the "Information" form in your app.
    3. Save and Publish:
    Save the changes and publish the app to ensure the form is available to users.
     
    Additional Notes:
     
    If you don’t see the "Information" form in the list, verify that it’s still active for the entity in the Forms area of the entity configuration.
    This behavior gives you flexibility to control which forms are available in your app, ensuring users only see the forms they need.
