Unsubscribe & Test Send issues

Hi all, I'm having a few issues when it comes to building and testing emails and I just can’t seem to find a solution.

First off, unsubscribe, when I select the unsubscribe text and add the preference center dynamic it doesn’t work in the ‘preview and test’ section, and leads to a 404 page. Not sure if this is because it’s inside dynamics that I’m testing this.

But then the other issue is that even if I wanted to test this outside of Dynamics I cannot seem to recieve a simple test proof. I’ll go through test send and input my email address and it’ll say that it sent but I have nothing in my inbox or spam.

I’m not very familiar with Dynamics and I have absolutely no clue what could be causing this.

Any help would be appreciated!

Personally, I've not found the test functionality against emails particularly reliable, especially as Microsoft advises here that not all features work with this functionality:

I would advise instead testing the compliance settings are behaving as expected by creating an end to end test journey, with yourself added as the recipient.
