Creating questions and questionnaires using Data management in D365 Finance

Dear Community,

Please advise if D365 Finance has standard data entities for creating questions and questionnaires?

We need to create a lengthy questionnaire, which will be used as part of a prospective vendor registration process in every legal entity. I checked data management and, surprisingly, could not find any data entities to import data, so it appears that it can only be created manually in UI, which will lead to inconsistencies between legal entities and a lot of manual work.

Hello, there are these data entities Questionnaires, but all are in read only mode.

As my research there's no way to import these data using data management.

Consider a customization if you need this
