This usually means the record isn’t available offline, not that it doesn’t exist. In Field Service mobile I’ve seen this when the Booking/Work Order or related data isn’t included in the offline profile or doesn’t match the filters. First thing I’d check is your mobile offline profile and make sure all related entities (booking, work order, account) are included with the right filters. Then force a full sync (or reinitialize offline data if needed). Most of the time it’s just a sync/filter issue.

This issue typically occurs when accessing the Field Service mobile app in offline mode using a model‑driven app enabled for mobile offline. When a record (Work Order or Booking) is created or updated on the mobile device, it syncs successfully, but the mobile offline profile filters the record out (based on table filters, related records, or ownership).
As a result, the record exists in Dataverse, but because it no longer meets the offline profile criteria, the mobile app cannot retrieve it and shows the error “Requested record doesn’t exist in DB.”
To avoid this, ensure the offline profile filters include newly created/updated records and all required related tables (Account, Booking Status, Resource, etc.), and refresh the mobile offline data after changes.
