I would like to know how to differentiate and select the correct Forum (Finance, Project Operations, Human Resources, AX, GP, SL) when submitting a request. Please guide the scope of each item to avoid choosing the wrong one.
This forum "Finance, Project Operations, Human Resources, AX, GP, SL" you specified is one of the options you can select.
Choose it when you want to ask sth about D365FO (technical or functional)
Normally these two in yellow are used for D365FO (depending if your question is related to supply chain module or finance and operations modules)
After you choose the forum, there is also category to fill, where you specify if your question is related to finance exactly or HR...etc
