Performance issue in Data Entity in D365FO

Dear team,

I have noticed, the Post load method caused the performance issue in Data Entity because its executed row by row during export. We should not write heavy business logic in Post load method.

Is there any alternative way, if we need to switch code from Post load method to avoid performance issue.

Please give me the thoughts. thanks!

    Hi,

We prefer to go to postLoad only if no other way works.
For example if u can do it with computed columns then it's better.

Can you please give us your business scenario and show us the code you wrote in postload?

    Thanks,
    Layan Jweihan
