Trying to access MSX CRM and receiving error. VPN is turned on and I have access to MS Sales. Error: Access Restricted: IP Address Not Allowed. VPN is on and I have access permissions to MSX Insights and MSX Sales. See attachment. Please tell me what I need to do to get the proper access as this is a requirement for my job. Do not just point me to a page of documentation. I need exact steps. The page is confusing. See attached document for screen shots.
