Current stage of opportunity visible in overview

How can I make the current stage of an opportunity visible in the overview? I would like to add an extra column to the overview of all opportunities that shows the current stage (for example, "Afspraak"). This way, I can immediately see which stage each opportunity is in without having to open them individually. How can I configure this?

Hi, You can do this in 2 ways, either you can modify the system view or create personal view. Also, if the screenshots are from Production/Live please edit the post and remove the screenshots.

System View : If you want to see the Opportunity stage on "All Opportunity" view you would need to edit the system view and need system admin/customizer privileges.

Similar to the video, you have to navigate to Opportunity table and select the appropriate view that you need to modify.

Add "Pipeline Phase" field to the view.

Personal View: Create a personal view from Advanced find or from opportunity view screen and add "Pipeline Phase" field.

Note:

Please try this in your dev / non production environments first to be safe and once comfortable replicate in Prod.

System view updates are recommended to be done via managed solution.

In the past "Pipeline Phase" field was deprecated by MS during v9 upgrade but was reverted due to huge dependency on this field by multiple customers.

When custom BPF or multiple BPF are used, "Pipeline Phase" field might not function as expected.
