Determining the 'true' owner of a Customer Voice Survey

We have several of the above that we need to Archive but as they have been shared with users who have been given the owner role it is hard to determine who the actual owner is so that we may move (archive) or delete them. Is there any view that will provide the name or GUID of the actual owner?
