Hello!
I want to track analytics for email campaigns in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys. However, each email I've sent shows 0% open rate and 0% click rate, even if it's sent to 100+ leads.
To test this, I created a journey with a segment including only my own email ID and sent an email. Even though I opened and clicked on the email, the unique opens and unique clicks still appear as 0%.
Can anybody provide support for what is causing this issue and recommendations for how to resolve it?
