Hi experts!

Our client is saying that they can not see Translation Service in Lifecycle service, below? What is happening?

But I can see Translation Service in Lifecycle service.

The Translation Service in Lifecycle Services (LCS) is only available to users with the appropriate roles. Please check the following:

🔹 Ask them to try clearing their browser cache or use incognito mode to rule out any display issues.

Sorry I haven't tested it, but it's important to note that Custom Translator is not completely free. The trial version may have limitations.
