Hi,

I had deleted a Sales order and recreated due to address issue, now when I am running Database consistency check on the sales orders, I'm getting below error, how can we fix this?

The value '5637174392' in field 'Source document header' is not found in the related table 'Source document header'.

    Hi MYGz,

In case sales order SO-000082 is imported using data management, can you tell us what columns were used for the import? Is there any column where the value for the source document header was provided manually, maybe based on the value from the deleted order?

    Hi,
Have you tried to run "Fix error" on Consistency check?
Can you provide more info about the SO? Have you posted confirmation, picking list, packing slip or invoice?

Below is the DMF data I used to import the sales order SO-000082. Here, SalesOrder number was set to Manual in number sequences.

LotID & AddressLocationID in SalesLineV2 as autogenerate.

Just ran the Consistency check with "Fix Error" option. It found the errors but didn't corrected any errors.

    Hi MYGz,

In the source files, I can't see anything that can lead to an orphaned value during the import. Can you try to open the sales order, then View distributions and check if resetting the distributions is available and can solve this?

I can not see the the View Distributions & Accounting section in the Sales Order > Sell tab. I can see it in purchase orders > Purchase tab though.

    Thanks.

    Hi MYGz,

Apologies. You are correct. The View distributions is only available on the purchase orders, not on the sales orders. The source document header field is set as not visible in the SalesTable. Have you considered deleting the sales order again and re-import it?
