Creating the original "standard"/ootb app

Hello together,

we are using custom apps for sales and customer service.

Unfortunately the previous administrators customized the standard "Sales App" and "Customer Service Hub". Futhermore they customized a lot of standard forms like "Contact Main"/"Account Main"/... although we use custom forms and not the original ones.
All users work with the custom apps. I would like to move back to the "real" standard of the system therefore I need the 100% standard apps again.

Is there a possibility to recreate the 100% ootb standard app or replace the customized ones with the original one?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hey

If changes are added to the "default" solution they will show as "active layer".  Therefore, removing the Active layer (start on the AppModules, then move to the different entities) and that should bring you to your desired result

    Hello,

due to the fact that I have taken over the system as the a admin the majority of the adjustments were not made by me.

I understand your point but unfortunately all Solutions are "Unmanaged". So they are all part of the default solution. That makes things not easy.

    Any idea?

    Best regards

    Hey.

How do you customize an OOTB app? well, basically you make some changes, you add those changes into a solution, make the solution Managed and then deploy it.

One of the advantages of this, is that this custom solution will be on top in the list of active layers.  So, if you remove this layer from the list of entities affected (model driven app, the different tables, etc), the result is that such customizations will be removed from the objects and therefore, you go back to the "original".

    Best regards,
