Overview of load line work created quantity versus total quantity

Hello,

On load lines we can see the quantity and the "work created quantity".
I'd like to know as easily as possible which lines are holding the shipments from being fulfilled, ie quantities for which no work is created.

What I do is that I export the load lines (for each load) and use an excel formula to compare the two columns.  It's cumbersome, especially because we have short lead times and we monitor this all day long.

Would somebody have an idea to streamline this process? With or without customization?

Thanks for your help!

    Hello Alexandra,

Not out-of-the box. Would it not be an option to develop a Power BI report?

Have you already investigated the Outbound load planning workbench? The Outbound load planning workbench shows quantity left to load in comparison with the sales quantity:

    Best regards,

    Hi Laurens,

Thanks for your answer.  We've considered BI, but it's not showing fresh data (at least to hours old) so not ideal.

And thanks for making me aware of field "quantity left to load" on sales lines. This is not what we're after, because the sales order don't appear there when their full shipment is on a load, based on my experience.
