    Hello Marcelo,

I think this will be more helpfull

    Accounting
    • General Ledger: The core for recording all financial transactions. Maintains chart of accounts, journal entries, and financial dimensions.
    • Accounts Payable: Manages vendor invoices, payments, and vendor credits. Automates payment schedules and controls spend.
    • Accounts Receivable: Tracks customer invoices, payments, credit management, and collections for cash inflows.
    • Fixed Assets: Handles asset acquisition, depreciation, transfer, and disposal with multiple calculation methods.
    • Cash and Bank Management: Reconciles bank statements, processes electronic payments, and manages cash flow.

    Tax
    • VAT/GST Setup: Configures tax codes, posting groups, and rules for accurate tax calculations on sales and purchases.
    • Tax Reporting: Generates compliance reports for tax authorities. Supports multiple jurisdictions and tax scenarios.
    • Tax Automation: Automatically calculates taxes on transactions based on setup and exemptions.

    Cost Accounting
    • Cost Allocation: Tracks and allocates direct and indirect costs by cost centers or departments.
    • Costing Methods: Supports standard, actual, and activity-based costing to analyze profitability per product/project.
    • Work in Progress (WIP): Manages costs incurred but not yet invoiced in manufacturing or projects.

    Finance & Forecasting
    • Budgeting: Creates budgets, compares actuals vs. budgets, and controls spending limits with alerts.
    • Project Accounting: Manages project budgets, costs, billing, and revenue recognition.
    • Financial Reporting & Analytics: Real-time financial insights with customizable reports and Power BI dashboards.
    • Multi-Company/Currency: Consolidates finances across entities, supports foreign currency transactions, and standardizes reporting.

Each module integrates seamlessly to give companies full control and real-time visibility over their financial health and compliance.
For more detailed guidance, Microsoft Learn and ERP research articles provide in-depth scenario examples and tutorials.
