I have a legal entity, and here I have two subgrid of Ownership entity(entity is same in both subgrid), on ownership entity level I have two lookup fileds, parent legal ant child legal, so if ownerhsip form is opening from first subgrid then make the parent lookup null and if ownership QC form is opening from the second subgrid then make the child lookup empty. How to achieve it?

I'm guessing you mean that you have a Quick Create form for the entity, and you want to default a field value depending on which subgrid the form is opened from? Generally speaking, you would use JavaScript on a custom button to pass in parameters that automatically sets field values.

The tricky portion is that buttons on an entity are typically defined for the entire entity, anytime it appears in a subgrid. I did find a little info where it seems like this is possible, but someone else might have more insight.

If the above works, you could create two custom buttons on your Ownership subgrid ribbon. Each one has different input parameters when opening the Quick Create form, and each one should have different visibility rules specific to the subgrid.

A final alternative would be to add buttons to the top of your Legal Entity form. One button to add a Parent Legal, and the other to add a child. This would bypass the custom visibility rules based on the subgrid and allow you to just call the JavaScript with your input parameters.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/model-driven-apps/pass-parameters-url-by-using-ribbon   use this one to configure params in button command  as suggested by Tom in above post. That is the way you can handle your requirement
