Attached Documents are Lost

Hi Dynamics Community,
 
I have lost the attached documents from the customer and vendor cards in BC Saas. No new USv or new PTE installed. What could be possible reasons? Is there any way to restore the lost documents. A Latest Sandbox (Prepare a week ago) have all the documents is there any way to transfer documents from Sandbox to Production ?

    That's strange. If you go to the Table Information page, and then filter on table 1173 in there, do you see anything?

    This is very strange and I suspect it is caused by the PTE that is now installed.
    Back to the question, the attachments are not backed up. You can only restore the environment or manually copy them from the copied Sandbox.
    You can now import multiple attachments at the same time in BC25, but only for one target. If you need multiple, you need to customize it.
