You don't enter cost on a SALES PRICE List. There is a PURCHASE PRICE List where you enter the costs you have established with your Vendors.

The cost that is assigned to the Sale is determined by the Item's Costing Method on the Item record.

Hello,

You can’t insert Unit Cost directly on a Sales Price List Line in standard Business Central. The price list only stores the Unit Price (sales price) and discounts, while the Unit Cost is maintained on the Item Card and automatically copied to sales lines when the item is used on a sales document. So if you need cost when reviewing prices, you usually check the Item Card or add it through a small customization/page extension.
