Deleted Records

Hi Guys,
 
So we deleted a lot of data in dynamics sales crm as our cleanup process and it has been 2 months already . However the syn with sales navigator still shows us the old data number and doesnt sync. We have done the reinjection process in sales navigator. Yet we cannot see the updated number there. The recycle bin is disabled i crm and non of the deleted records are stored. We have tivkets raised on both sides dynamics and linkedin yet no one could help us with the issues. Tickets still open. 
Can any one help us with this issue why the sync isint working in sales nav? Thank you

    The sync isn’t updating because Sales Navigator may still be using cached data from Dynamics. Since reinjection didn’t work, this likely needs resolution from LinkedIn’s side. Keep following up on your open tickets.
