Hi,

I have a personalised view that I want to copy to a user how the user does not appear in the list (set to ALL users). The user is on the system and when I check her personalisation I can see she has some personalised view of her own.

I just dont understand why I cant find the user. All other users are there.

Any suggestions? Have tried export and import but not able to find the user.

Hello, can you pl share some screenshots of the steps , also can you confirm

Does uses added in D365FO via Entra groups.

Does user have access to form without any persoanlization, if user doent have access to this form , it may not show up in your list.

Does user have any existing persoanlization on that form, may be a case of conflicting
