Login Issue after DB restore for onPrem

Current Prod DB restore on below version
Installed product version : 10.0.46 (10.0.2428.114)
Installed platform version : Update70 (7.0.7778.56)
 
this enviroment got bug i think. As after import token validation failed in event viewer of ADFS because user unauthorised to login in application.
 
But if I restore my old DB on the same above version. everything works fine. and users logins fine too.
 
Does anyone have knowledge for this.
