Has anyone successfully configured and used Ai based data enrichment agent in sales hub i have configured it correctly as per documentation but the agent is not getting trigger

    Yes, this is a scenario worth troubleshooting carefully. AI-powered Data Enrichment in Dynamics 365 Sales is a background process, so configuring the agent correctly does not necessarily mean it will trigger immediately. Microsoft’s current documentation says the agent analyzes eligible opportunities based on its record-selection rules and available email/Teams data.
