Copying Notes from a Case - Need to be in edit mode since PU update to 10.45

Hi,

Since we have updated to 10.45, users have noticed when they copy a note from the case notes section as highlighted below in red, it only 'copies' when the case is in edit mode.

This was not the case before, a user could be reviewing a case and reading the notes and copy information (e.g. product number or some sort of reference ) and it would copy ok and you could paste. However, now unless the case is in edit mode you cannot copy. Not a big issue but wondered if any other people have faced the same experience. ?

Hi Umar,

Thanks for raising this question. Can you clarify if it is the copy or paste action that is not working without setting it to edit mode?

Hi Andre,

Yes, its as if since the PU update, you cannot copy text from the notes section until its in edit mode.
