Hello,

I've already posted the question, but in French. So, to expand the reading and knowing auditorium, posting the question in English:

While analyzing the financial statements, faced a problem in ERP D365, an account appears in the chart of accounts, but the same account is missing in the income statement. Could you please give advice how to add the existing account into the income statement?

Thanks a lot!

Agree with the previous response:  If you add a new G/L Account to the chart of accounts, you must update your row definition to include it.

Yi Yong is correct. Creating a new G/L Account doesn't automatically add the account to your financial statements. You will need to add it to the income statement if you want to see it there.

    Hi, Just adding some information
Dynamics 365 Business Central: Report Selection for standard documents (Set up default reports)

Hope this can give you some hints as well.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

When you create a new G/L Account, it needs to be manually added to the Financial Report's Row Definition.

"Income Statement" is generated from one of the Financial Report.

If you are unsure which is the one, you can go over to "General Ledger Setup".
